That said, we like to be upfront — this job is hard work. You'll be setting up tents, lifting crates and weights (up to 50 lbs), working outside in all kinds of weather, and staying on your feet for long hours. Early mornings are a part of the deal (around 5am) and most shifts run about 10 hours. Loading the van and driving 20-60 minutes to the market or event (valid driver's license required) Driving a large cargo van wrapped in pretzels — you're representing the brand not just at events, but on the road as well, so safe and mindful driving is a must Setting up and running our booth — greeting customers, managing cash + Square, keeping everything clean and organized Staying upbeat and moving fast (we're usually one of the busiest booths!) Breaking down the booth after the market and unloading back at the bakery in Thornton, CO We're looking for someone reliable, outgoing, and ready to hustle — someone who can problem-solve, stay organized, and handle things independently when needed. It's definitely not glamorous, but it's a really fun, community-driven job with lots of perks: great tips , trade allowance, and an awesome group of vendors and customers who make it all worth it.
