Full Job Description Overview:
Dental Practice is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. We are passionate about what we do and the difference our oral surgeons make in our community. The Marketing Coordinator we hire will work diligently to build and maintain solid business relationships with our surrounding dental community. Our Marketing Coordinators work closely with our entire team to identify marketing opportunities and develop traditional media, digital marketing, social media marketing, and community-based initiatives to reach new patients.
Responsibilities:
Field Marketer Responsibility Promote and represent the practice to its target audience. Their primary responsibility is to build and strengthen the brand's reputation, increase its visibility, and engage with consumers.
Promotion and Advocacy:
Act as an enthusiastic advocate for the offices and their values.
Content Creation:
Go to offices and capture photos, videos, review for social media posts that feature the practice. Distribute this content directly on the practice pages and/or submit to the
Brand Manager Events and Promotions:
Hosting & coordination of various marketing events that include but not limited to Lunch and Learns with referring offices, Continuing Education (CE), etc. In addition, curate & distribute quarterly gifts to referral offices.
Feedback and Insights:
Collaborate with office managers and provide insights into market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in the markets and report.
Qualifications:
Dental or Oral Surgery experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related field a plus. Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies. Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior. Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build relationships through social skills and friendly disposition Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis. Solid organizational skills and detail oriented. Experience in event coordination and planning. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the capacity to learn and utilize other software platforms to enhance our marketing efforts. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to areas surrounding the practice Ability to work outside normal business hours occasionally is required. Events may be held in evening hours or on weekends.
