We're a hardworking, fun-loving team who value creativity, dependability, and connection. We're looking for energetic, reliable, and creative Event Team Members to join us as 1099 contractors . You'll engage with guests and help create a smooth, memorable event from start to finish. What You'll Do Represent the Reverie brand at private and public events Set up and break down event stations and displays Interact warmly with guests and lead creative, hands-on activities Learn to safely use tools like: Hot branding irons Laser engravers Custom hat styling tools Keep event areas organized, clean, and guest-ready Occasionally travel for regional or out-of-state events Adapt to different venues and team environments with a positive attitude What We're Looking For Dependable, hardworking, and punctual Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with guests Creative or willing to learn creative skills Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 40 lbs Willing to learn how to use specialized tools (training provided) Must have reliable transportation to/from events Flexible availability (especially weekends and evenings) Perks & Pay $35/hour for contracted event hours Opportunity for work at other rates of pay for non-contracted events and work Flexible scheduling based on your availability Fun, team-oriented environment Work at exciting private parties, markets, and festivals Travel opportunities for regional and out-of-state events Mileage reimbursement outside of 30 mile work radius Position Type 1099 Contractor You'll be paid hourly for event time Contractors are responsible for transportation, tax reporting, and personal liability coverage as needed Opportunity for W-2 employment with regular work To Apply Submit your resume and a short note on why you'd be a great fit for Reverie Collaborative's event team.
