Position Overview:
ComForCare Home Care is seeking a driven and personable Marketing Coordinator to help grow our client base and support new client onboarding across our Glastonbury and Avon locations. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends community outreach, relationship building, and client intake coordination. Glastonbury & Avon Pay:
$60,000
Annually Key Responsibilities:
Promote our services by visiting senior centers, hospitals, rehab facilities, and other referral sources Attend health fairs, networking events, and community gatherings to generate leads Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and local organizations Represent ComForCare professionally at all outreach events Track and report marketing activities and lead generation results Conduct client intakes, including needs assessments and documentation collection Serve as the first point of contact for clients and families, delivering a welcoming experience Coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients Assist both the Glastonbury and Avon offices with marketing and client-related tasks Identify opportunities for business growth and community partnerships Provide occasional administrative support related to marketing and intake
Qualifications:
Experience in in-field marketing, sales, business development, or community outreach (healthcare preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in face-to-face interactions Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations and events Experience with client intake, CRM systems, or customer service is a plus Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
