This is not a typical banquet or nightlife bartending environment. We are a polished, high-end event company focused on elevated guest experience, strong cocktail execution, professional presentation, and seamless hospitality service from start to finish. We are looking for bartenders who are confident in: Fast-paced cocktail execution Professional guest interaction Maintaining a polished bar presentation and organization Working efficiently within a team environment Reading the flow and energy of an event Following systems, service standards, and event structure Representing a high-end hospitality brand professionally Ideal candidates are: Experienced in upscale hospitality or event bartending Warm, engaging, and guest-focused Reliable and responsive with communication Professional in both appearance and demeanor Team-oriented and collaborative Comfortable working weddings, estate events, and elevated private functions This position is ideal for bartenders who take pride in hospitality, presentation, professionalism, and creating an exceptional guest experience — not simply pouring drinks.
