Job Description

Right At Home is recognized as a leader in the in-home senior care industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to empower our clients to maintain their independence and well-being through compassionate support. Right at Home DC is currently seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) who will also assume the role of Business Development Coordinator to assist in expanding our business opportunities. We prefer candidates who possess knowledge of various referral sources within Washington, DC.
  • Job Summary:
  • The position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including the promotion of the superior services provided by Right at Home, actively marketing these services to the community, conducting initial assessments, and supervising client visits.
The selected candidate will report directly to the President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and will be accountable for enhancing the company's public image through the creation of promotional materials and direct interaction with individuals and referral sources.
  • Primary Functions:
  • Promote and sell agency services within the community.
  • Fulfill required hours through sales calls, scheduling meetings and visits, while meticulously documenting all interactions.
  • Develop proposals and identify new business prospects.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the agency's services, pricing, and client demographics.
  • Recommend services and negotiate contractual agreements with clients.
  • Drive sales growth in a designated area in alignment with established targets.
  • Strategically plan weekly sales activities.
  • Maintain written records of all sales endeavors.
  • Participate in the formulation of annual sales objectives.
  • Coordinate sales initiatives with all office personnel to ensure effective follow-up.
  • Complete weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Sales Tracking Sheets, while organizing essential documents using Google Docs or other tracking systems.
  • A background in marketing within the home care sector is required.
