Anthem Lakes Senior Living is seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales and Marketing Coordinator specializing in Assisted Living to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind developing innovative marketing strategies, executing multichannel campaigns, and fostering meaningful relationships with prospective residents and their families. Your energetic approach will help elevate our community's visibility, attract new residents, and ensure our marketing efforts align seamlessly with our mission to provide exceptional assisted living services. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that target prospective residents through various channels including social media, email campaigns, print advertising, and digital platforms. Manage and optimize online presence using WordPress, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other digital tools to increase engagement and lead generation. Create compelling content for websites, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials that highlight the benefits of assisted living services. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for outreach within the assisted living sector. Coordinate advertising sales efforts by building relationships with local media outlets and community partners to maximize visibility. Utilize marketing automation platforms to streamline campaigns, track performance metrics, and improve ROI through data-driven insights. Oversee budgeting for marketing initiatives while ensuring campaigns stay within allocated resources. Collaborate with product management teams to develop promotional strategies for new services or community features. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to refine marketing tactics continuously. Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and multichannel campaigns. Strong knowledge of advertising sales techniques and experience working with print advertising as well as online platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) for creating visual content; familiarity with HTML and WordPress is preferred. Ability to craft persuasive copywriting tailored for B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) audiences within the assisted living industry. Experience with performance marketing strategies such as Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing campaigns. Skills in research and analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign success and optimize future efforts. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams and engaging with community partners effectively. A proactive attitude with a passion for helping seniors find quality assisted living solutions through innovative marketing approaches.
