Job Description
Senior Events Director Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Events Director to lead the planning and execution of large-scale corporate events. This role oversees all aspects of live event production, managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and on-site operations to deliver exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable working directly with executive leadership. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of large-scale corporate events (1,000+ attendees). Manage live event operations, including on-site teams of up to 150 crew members. Coordinate with venues, production companies, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Manage event budgets, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Serve as the primary point of contact during events, resolving issues as they arise. Partner closely with C-level executives and leadership teams to ensure successful event execution. Qualifications 8+ years of experience leading large-scale corporate events. Proven experience managing live event production and large event teams. Strong budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
