Nu World Title, LLC, a full-service title company licensed in Florida, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and North Carolina, seeks a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and driving sales growth within assigned territories. This role requires a solid ability to analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and deliver compelling product demonstrations to potential clients. - Build and maintain business relationships with prospects and existing customers
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Demonstrate knowledge of Nu World Title, LLC products and services
- Develop and seek new qualified leads and sales opportunities through the defined sales plan.
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Maintain CRM by tracking target list of prospective, qualified customers and monitor conversion from lead to customer.
- Work alongside the operations team to solidify transactions for a smooth closing.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Properly represent the Nu World Title, LLC brand within the market and industry events.
- Update industry knowledge by offering NWT Academy educational opportunities to the real estate market.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs.
- Excellent negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
- Experience in lead generation techniques to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Background in retail sales or B2B environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in conducting product demos that effectively communicate value propositions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for tracking sales progress.
- Effective territory management skills to maximize outreach and efficiency.
- Industry Knowledge
- Familiarity with title insurance, escrow services, and the real estate closing process is a strong plus. Min. 1 year of Real Estate Sales Experience
- Strong Networking Skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other key industry professionals.
- Excellent Communication
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting Nu World Title's value to clients effectively
- Customer Service Oriented
- Committed to providing an excellent customer experience throughout the title and closing process.

- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to meet ambitious sales targets.
