We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support lead management, customer communication, CRM organization, dealer support, and marketing coordination within our growing aviation company. This role serves as an important connection point between prospective customers, sales activity, social media engagement, trade show follow-up, our external media partners, and our dealer network. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates professionally, enjoys working with people, and is excited to help support a unique aviation brand. Responsibilities Qualify and respond to incoming customer inquiries and sales leads Enter, organize, and maintain lead activity within CRM systems Monitor website, social media, and event-generated inquiries Assist with customer follow-up communication and scheduling Coordinate lead tracking from trade shows and aviation events Support the organization and coordination of marketing and social media content Serve as a liaison between AutoGyro USA and external media/marketing partners Coordinate marketing assets, content requests, and project timelines Support AutoGyro USA dealers with marketing materials and event coordination Assist dealers in identifying and sourcing local aviation event opportunities Help maintain consistent branding and communication across dealer locations Assist with reporting, scheduling, and general operational coordination as needed Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Professional and friendly customer service approach Experience with social media platforms and marketing coordination Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems Ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing projects Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment Preferred Qualifications Aviation interest or experience CRM or lead management experience (Hubspot) Event coordination experience Experience working with customer-facing brands or dealer networks

Position Details Location:

Fort Lauderdale, Florida Occasional travel to aviation events and trade shows may be required Full-time preferred Compensation Compensation based on experience and qualifications.
