Hospitality Marketing and Sales Coordinator 6525 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33141 From $25 an hour - Full-time From $25 an hour - Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our oceanfront hotel and restaurant team. This is an exciting opportunity to promote a one-of-a-kind coastal venue while building lasting relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and wedding professionals. You will play a central role in driving revenue across guest rooms, meeting spaces, private dining, and signature events, all against a stunning waterfront backdrop. Duties Solicit and close new accounts in corporate, social, and SMERF segments Actively promote and sell event spaces, meeting rooms, and private dining Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients Respond to all RFPs and inquiries promptly and professionally Conduct site tours and property presentations for prospective clients Negotiate contracts, pricing, and packages within hotel guidelines Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets Coordinate all marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and digital ads Maintain hotel and restaurant listings on OTA and booking platforms Plan and execute property open houses, FAM trips, and promotional events Collaborate with operations and F&B teams for flawless event execution Create compelling proposals, sales collateral, and presentation materials Track and report on sales metrics, marketing performance, and competitive trends Represent the property at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of hotel sales or catering sales experience preferred but not required Demonstrated experience selling event spaces, meeting rooms, or banquet/catering services Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong knowledge of the event planning and group sales process from inquiry to execution Proficiency with hotel sales systems (Delphi, Opera, or equivalent PMS/CRM platforms) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional presence Ability to manage multiple accounts and events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Experience with digital marketing, social media platforms, and basic content creation Availability to work flexible hours including select evenings and weekends for events Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
