AT&T Assistant:

Proactively identify and engage potential customers in person to expand the customer base and open new wireless accounts for AT&T. Drive sales performance by recommending wireless solutions that best fit each customer's unique needs. AT&T Assistants deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through account setup and post-sale support. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, and closing new accounts. Contribute to client growth through upselling and cross-selling wireless products and services. AT&T Assistants maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T products, promotions, and the competitive telecommunications market. Follow up with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty. Collaborate with team members to exceed individual and team performance goals.
