The Opportunity We're currently expanding our St. Petersburg team and looking for outgoing individuals to represent our clients at events throughout the Tampa Bay area. This is an entry-level, full-time role — no prior experience necessary. We provide complete paid training so you can hit the ground running. Great for recent graduates, or anyone looking to start a career in marketing, events, or customer engagement. Schedule & Location Full-time position with local travel to events across St. Petersburg and the greater Tampa Bay region. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional weekend shifts depending on event schedules. What You'll Do Serve as the friendly face of our brand and our clients' brands at events, pop-ups, and community gatherings Start natural, easy conversations with attendees and walk them through product highlights and benefits Match customers with the right options and assist with their buying choices Provide top-notch service at every touchpoint and pass along customer insights to the broader team Work alongside a lively group to hit shared targets in a fast-moving, enjoyable setting What We're Looking For Outgoing personality with a positive outlook and strong communication skills Comfort working outdoors or at various event venues Dependable, on-time, and comfortable collaborating as part of a team Customer-facing backgrounds in retail, hospitality, food service, or similar are an asset but absolutely not required Physical comfort standing for long stretches and working in varied weather Why Join Us?
