Job Description
Job Overview Showtime Events is hiring Event Staff to join our team. This role combines warehouse operations with on-site event production, supporting corporate events and destination weddings across the 30A and Destin area. What You'll Do Assist with warehouse operations including pulling inventory, prepping equipment, organizing materials, and loading trucks Load and unload trucks efficiently for upcoming events Travel to event sites and assist with full installation of event setups Install elements such as tables, chairs, bars, stages, dance floors, and décor Participate in post-event breakdowns ("strike"), including packing, loading, and returning equipment to the warehouse
