Position Title:
Sales Representative Work Schedule:
Monday-Saturday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. 40hrs./wk. Radio Station Advertising Sales Develop and maintain relationships with local and regional businesses to generate advertising revenue for the radio station. Identify client needs and create effective advertising campaigns using on-air, digital, and promotional platforms.Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new advertising accounts.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare advertising proposals and presentations.
- Sell radio commercials, sponsorships, digital advertising, and event marketing.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Coordinate campaign details with traffic, production, and programming departments.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide client reports.
- Attend community events and networking opportunities.
