Marketing Full Job Description We're Hiring:

Marketing & Commercial Operations Coordinator -South Florida | Full-Time All Step Sales & Marketing is looking for a proactive, highly organized, and commercially minded professional to join our team. This is a hands-on role combining international sales & marketing support /health-sanitary registrations . The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership, follows through, and keeps projects moving without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Sales & Marketing Director with sales, marketing, and commercial initiatives. Coordinate customer orders from submission through completion and resolve pending issues, including promotions, new products and sales opportunities. Coordinate health/sanitary registrations across international markets, including documentation, renewals and follow-up. Support promotions, product launches, customer communications and special projects. Prepare sales reports, presentations and basic commercial analysis. Track promotional budgets and cooperative marketing programs. Coordinate trade shows and customer activities.

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, commercial operations or coordination. Strong initiative, ownership and follow-through . Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Comfortable communicating with customers and identifying sales opportunities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office . Strong written and verbal communication skills. English/Spanish bilingual. Experience with consumer products and international markets is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred. We're looking for someone who anticipates what needs to happen next and gets it done.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
