Job Description

Hiring for a marketing/continuing education coordinator.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
Interact and build on relationships of the office Organize continuing education events and study clubs Organize educational opportunities and events for patients Organize office training events Prepare patient and referrals newsletters Prepare accurate and detailed reports Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Attend continuing education events and activities Prepare print materials for patients Maintain social media sites Education and Experience Minimum of two years of marketing or public relations experience. Or in the alternative a Bachelor's degree Excellent communication skills to include effective writing and interpersonal skills Establish and maintain positive relationships Skills and Abilities Ability to prioritize and plan ahead Excellent project management skills and ability to balance competing priorities A self-starter, comfortable working independently as well as with a team Good customer service skills Attention to detail Professional demeanor Good technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems Working knowledge of Microsoft Office knowledge of Mac a plus Benefits At Periodontal Associates we are committed to our employees and offer a range of attractive benefits.
