We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing/Digital Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing digital campaigns, managing online content, and analyzing performance metrics. Responsibilities:
Creating social media content plans that align with the company's brand identity. Producing high-quality content across all platforms, crafting and refining posts, boosting customer interaction, and driving successful campaigns. Managing a high volume of daily social media posts. Interacting with social media followers is crucial, including prompt responses to their inquiries. Using analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance. Preparing reports on social media marketing efforts. Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results. Suggestions include analyzing the target audience, identifying the most effective platforms, creating engaging content, and utilizing data analytics to measure success. Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media. Coordinate and assist with jobsite and office events as needed. Assist with industry trade shows and exhibitions as required Assist with printing, binding, and delivery of proposals as needed. Assist with the creation of proposals and presentations, including writing/editing text, design layout, custom graphics, tailoring resumes, etc. Update and maintain the marketing department's documentation and databases. Perform other duties when needed.
