As a Brand Promotions Associate, you'll receive paid training, work alongside an upbeat and supportive team, and develop valuable communication, customer service, and sales skills. Responsibilities of the Brand Promotions Associate Introduce Verizon products and services through personalized, solution-focused conversations. Build lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and support. As a Brand Promotions Associate, educate customers on Verizon plans, devices, promotions, and available service options. Stay informed on the latest Verizon products and technology to confidently answer customer questions. Contribute to individual and Brand Promotions Associate team goals through professional customer engagement and relationship building. Qualifications of the Brand Promotions Associate High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Reliable transportation is preferred.
