Job Description:

Avestix is hiring a Director of Events. We're building the Avestix Frontier Council - a curated platform of intimate fundraising dinners and 50-family retreats for the world's most strategically positioned family offices. Our inaugural event sails November, 2026 - a 4-night Frontier Council retreat on a river cruise ship. From 2027, quarterly retreats in Cayman, Monaco, and across Europe. Plus eight to ten intimate FO dinners across NYC, Palm Beach, SF, and Miami in the next 7 weeks alone. This is not a typical events role. We're not producing conferences. We're architecting the rooms where the next generation of family-office capital meets.

Who we looking for:

• 7+ years producing events for ultra-high-net-worth, family-office, or institutional audiences
• Owned end-to-end logistics on dinners + multi-day retreats at scale
• Discretion is non-negotiable. Hospitality DNA. Calm in chaos.

Bonus:

prior cruise / ship event experience, or multi-jurisdiction (Cayman / Monaco / European) production work What you'll work on:

• 8-10 intimate fundraising dinners over the next 7 weeks
• The inaugural Avestix Frontier Council on a river cruise ship - November, 2026
• Quarterly Avestix Frontier Council retreats in Cayman, Monaco, and across Europe from 2027

Eventually:

hire and lead a 3-4 person events team The setup: US-based. NYC, Palm Beach, or remote-flex with 30-40% travel. Competitive comp $120-175K base + performance bonus + travel + future equity consideration.
