Bronde and Mane, Westchase's premier boutique salon, is looking for a Front Desk & Marketing Coordinator to elevate our client experience and help drive our brand both in-salon and online.

Your Role:

Be the welcoming face of the salon - greet every guest and create a luxury experience Build relationships through genuine conversation and high-end service Take quality photos and videos of services, stylists, and salon moments for social media Assist with booking appointments, managing the schedule, and responding to inquiries Promote and upsell retail products and services (commission earned!) Maintain inventory and restock products biweekly Keep the front desk and salon area clean, organized, and photo-ready Help the team where needed with light salon tasks

You Are:

A people person with strong customer service skills Passionate about content creation and social media (especially Instagram + TikTok) Comfortable using a smartphone or camera for photos/videos Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated Experience in a salon or retail setting is a plus, but not required
