Schedule:
Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM About the
Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and organized Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our funeral home and cemetery operations. This position assists with community outreach, lead generation, appointment scheduling, customer service, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with marketing and community outreach efforts Contact prospective families and community partners Schedule appointments for counselors and sales staff Follow up on inquiries by phone, email, and text Maintain customer records and databases Assist with social media and marketing materials Coordinate community events and informational seminars Provide general administrative support Answer incoming calls and assist visitors professionally Provide assistance in corporate sales
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel) Organized and detail-oriented Professional appearance and attitude Reliable transportation
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
