Paulding Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking motivated, high-performing professionals to join our Business Development Center (BDC). Position Overview As a BDC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound sales opportunities, generating appointments through proactive customer outreach, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and customer inquiries. Proactively contact prospective customers through outbound calls, texts, and emails. Schedule and confirm high-quality sales appointments. Build rapport with customers while identifying their vehicle needs. Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities within the CRM. Collaborate with the management team to maximize appointment show rates and vehicle sales. Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team performance goals.
