Marietta, GA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $17 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Sales experience within healthcare Home health Marketing Full Job Description The experienced Part-time (or Full time) Home Care Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for successfully marketing to doctors' offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, ALF's (Assisted Living Facilities), the VA and various communities and organizations to achieve the Company's financial and market share goals. Identify and educate potential customers and referral sources about healthcare services provided by the Company. Establish trusted relationships with referral sources and in-house staff. Continually prospect for new account, as well as maintain current accounts, and comply with all sales related policies and procedures. Must have home care or home health marketing experience and have community contacts. Base pay plus commission offered.
Essential Job Functions:
Track lead in a systematic, timely, and accurate manner Schedule intake appointments and ensure correct and complaint documentation is compiled in the patient folders Gain an ongoing understanding of competitive activities, pricing and services associated with the negotiation of client service contracts for private duty patients Meet with families upon receiving the referral to review our services, sign consents, etc. Provide visibility for our company and services by participating in community programs, health fairs, support groups and similar community engagement opportunities Seek, develop, and participate in relationship building opportunities with a variety of aging care stakeholders in the community. Attend industry networking events and functions You will be visible in the community by educating and presenting to referral sources such as skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and physician/doctors' offices. This is a role where you will have autonomy, flexibility and setting your own schedule. We would expect you to spend most of your time in the field as this is not a "behind the desk" role. Promote professional relationships with stakeholders in order to improve the agency's position in the community. Regularly consults with the Administrator on all aspects of marketing/sales activities. This position is not virtual.
