We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. This position will support proposal and qualification efforts for teams across the country, helping coordinate and develop responses for public, federal, and private sector opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and develop proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses for public, federal, and private sector pursuits Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, compliance requirements, and deliverable coordination across multiple offices and disciplines Collaborate with technical staff, project managers, and leadership teams to gather content and develop winning submissions Assist with writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting proposal content to ensure consistency, clarity, and quality Support proposal database management, including maintaining resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate content, and marketing materials Utilize Deltek Vantagepoint for opportunity tracking, proposal coordination, and marketing database management Create and edit graphics, layouts, and visual content using Adobe Creative Cloud software, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Support broader marketing and business development initiatives as needed QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, English, Journalism, or related field preferred 2-4+ years of proposal coordination, marketing, or business development experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry Experience coordinating and producing RFP/RFQ responses and qualifications packages Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar CRM/proposal management software preferred Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
