This candidate must have basic computer skills with a high level of proficiency with Internet applications. Experience with Vin Solutions and Xtime a plus but will train. Job Responsibilities Answer incoming calls. Answer customer internet inquires by both email, phone and text. Schedule and confirm appointments. Call customers to confirm their visit reached their expectations. Follow up with existing and potential customers. Job Requirements Exceptional customer service skills and phone etiquette is a must. HS diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years of age At least 2 years of previous customer service experience is preferred 1 -2 years of experience working in a call center environment is preferred
