Schell Brothers Boise Division is looking for an experienced, energetic, and positive Division Marketing Coordinator to join our team The Divisional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading and executing local marketing efforts that support community awareness, brand engagement, and sales goals within their division. This role blends hands-on creative production, community engagement, and event coordination, working closely with the VP of Marketing and corporate marketing partners along with the Divisional President to bring the brand to life at the local level.
Key Responsibilities include:
Content Creation & Digital Marketing Capture high-quality photos and videos of homes, communities, amenities, and events. Produce and manage video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Create, manage, and maintain Matterport tours and other digital home walkthrough tools. Ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards and storytelling guidelines. Create signage for communities, models, and events Email marketing with the support of the corporate marketing team Social Media Management & Community Engagement Manage local social media pages, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages. Engage authentically on behalf of the company with homeowners, prospects, and local followers. Build relationships with key community members, partners, influencers, and organizations to strengthen the brand's local presence. Monitor trends and provide insights on local engagement and performance. Local Events Help define, coordinate, and execute local events, community outreach, and promotional initiatives. Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and the Divisional President on planning, messaging, and execution. Coordinate vendors, partners, signage, collateral, and on-site logistics as needed. Support events that align with brand values, community outreach, and business objectives. Collaboration & Strategy Partner with sales, corporate marketing, and Divisional President to ensure marketing efforts support divisional goals. Provide feedback and insights from the local area to help shape marketing strategy. Qualifications Strong skills in photo and video capture, editing, and content production. A mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Familiarity with Matterport or similar virtual tour platforms. Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business. Comfortable representing the company in community-facing situations. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
