Travel Required | Full-Time This position will support both Adventure Orthodontics and Pobanz Orthodontics and requires travel to all practice locations. BOND is evolving its local marketing model to better support growth across our practices. The Regional Marketing Coordinator (RMC) is a strategic, field-based marketing role designed to align with our regional structure—ensuring each market has a dedicated marketing partner driving local performance. The RMC serves as the primary marketing lead across multiple orthodontic practices in Utah and Idaho, combining boots-on-the-ground execution with a more strategic, scalable approach to regional growth. While this role reports to the BOND Marketing team, success depends on a close partnership and strong collaboration with the Doctors, Practice Manager, and Regional Manager to ensure marketing initiatives align with operational priorities, practice-level goals and local marketing vision. In addition to the core responsibilities outlined below, the Regional Marketing Coordinator should understand that the position may evolve over time based on the needs of the practice, community, and local market. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to shifting priorities and opportunities are essential for success in this role. What You'll Do Regional Marketing Leadership Serve as the dedicated marketing partner for assigned practices Align marketing strategies with Regional Managers to support growth and performance goals Travel regularly between locations to ensure consistent execution and strong team collaboration Doctor Referral Relationships Build and strengthen relationships with general and specialty dentists Execute structured outreach including office visits, appreciation initiatives, and consistent follow-up Coordinate and lead Lunch & Learns and provider engagement opportunities Coordinate and execute Hygiene CE Study Club program if applicable Track referral activity weekly, identify opportunities for growth, and share report with doctors. Social Media Assist with social media content planning and execution to support campaigns and local initiatives across various platforms Capture and share content from events and in-office activities Community Engagement Plan and execute local events, sponsorships, and school partnerships Coordinate and execute Field Trip programs Represent practices in the community to build trust and increase brand visibility Identify new outreach opportunities that align with each market's needs Manage all event logistics including registration, materials, and on-site execution Regional Brand Activation Execute localized campaigns including new practice openings, seasonal promotions, and awareness initiatives Ensure brand consistency while tailoring efforts to each community Collaborate with Marketing to bring campaigns to life at the local level Patient Experience & In-Office Marketing Develop and implement patient promotions, contests, and referral programs Support in-office engagement strategies that drive word-of-mouth growth Partner with teams to create a consistent and elevated patient experience. Budget Management & Performance Tracking Manage marketing budgets across multiple locations with a focus on ROI Track spending for events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives Provide regular reporting and insights on performance and opportunities Identify ways to maximize impact while maintaining cost efficiency What We're Looking For Outgoing, relationship-driven professional who thrives in the community Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple locations Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience in marketing, events, or community outreach preferred Strategic thinker who can balance execution with big-picture goals Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams Willingness to travel regularly between practices Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Compensation ranges from $55K to $70K Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
