Job Overview After Promoting my previous assistant to Travel Coordinator, we are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Studio Assistant to join our Growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our studio operations, ensuring a smooth and engaging environment for both staff and Clients. We Provide Memorial Services for Clients celebrating Important milestones with loved ones all the way from Wedding's to Funerals by creating custom art commemorating said occasion. Duties Assist in remotely coordinating and managing events with the Travel Coordinator, ensuring all logistics run seamlessly from setup to breakdown Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, guests, and participants, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Organizing and Updating project list of current clients and Setting up Production schedule as I complete Orders. Contact contacts that are pending payment, and notate payments made towards orders to ensure accurate Payments for each order. Handle online transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, process payments, and maintain cash handling records. Manage Client services including registration, answering inquiries, guiding clients through consultation, Scheduling appointments, and navigating through the studio environment, and addressing any concerns promptly. Support outdoor work activities related to studio events or programs and equipment transportation. Pack and ship completed orders. Qualifications Proven experience in events management or hospitality environments; experience. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in public speaking situations Customer Service experience in the Deathcare or Wedding Industry is Strongly Preferred Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle challenging situations professionally Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and processing transactions accurately Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently Experience working at event venues or in resort settings is advantageous; theater or food service experience is beneficial Basic math skills for transaction processing and record keeping; adherence to safety protocols at all times Join us as a Studio Assistant and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable experiences!
