Marketing Liaison & Event Coordinator Jack Lewis Jewelers | Bloomington, IL Jack Lewis Jewelers is looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Liaison & Event Coordinator to help keep our marketing, events, website, and brand initiatives organized and moving forward. This position serves as the communication hub between Jack Lewis Jewelers, our leadership team, vendor partners, and outside marketing resources. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, unless there are events on the weekend. You don't have to be the person who creates every marketing piece—you need to be the person who makes sure the right people have the right information at the right time and nothing falls through the cracks. What You'll Do Serve as the primary liaison between Jack Lewis Jewelers and our outside marketing partners for social media, campaigns, content, events, and brand launches. Coordinate marketing projects from idea through completion, keeping people, deadlines, approvals, and details organized. Manage routine Shopify updates, including products, collections, brands, images, events, and promotional content. Coordinate store events, trunk shows, designer events, brand launches, and special promotions. Manage event details including invitations, guest communications, vendors, food and beverage, décor, signage, photography, and promotional needs. Coordinate direct mail, invitations, email communications, signage, and other customer-facing marketing materials. Gather photography, product information, brand assets, event details, and other materials needed by our marketing partners. Maintain a master marketing and event calendar with deadlines, launches, campaigns, and approvals. Proactively follow up with internal and external partners to keep projects moving. Keep leadership and the sales team informed about upcoming events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
