Responsible for:
Working independently under broad organization guidelines to ensure the overall success of the Sales team. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will provide optimal administrative support to serve the broader needs of the Sales Department and to provide information and assistance to customers.

II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support:
Manage the Prequalification Process and Submission Manage the
Bid Process:
Research and distribute public works bid opportunities Take and disseminate incoming requests Manage bid calendar Issue and provide assistance to sales with bids Manage information and contact requests from Act as Salesforce Administrator Manage Sporting Event Tickets / Distribution Support Salespeople with: Lunch & Learn Scheduling Event Reservations Executive Support Dinner / Client Reservations Expenses Sales Support•In conjunction with Sales Lead compile, format and develop Proposal and RFQ Responses. Sales Support•In conjunction with sales lead assist in the development of Power Point Presentations. Provide general administrative support to the CEO, Sales Manager(s) and Sales Team, as needed.
II. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
•Marketing / Collateral Design Coordinate and manage logistics/event planning for trade shows, industry and customer events Manage company's social media accounts (i.e.; Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and issue "Posts" / "Updated" regularly Manage "Projects" section of company website Manage Company Marketing efforts. Manage Marketing / Contact Database Coordinate and Manage E-mail marketing campaigns designed by others. Manage and Coordinate 3 rd Party Vendors for Website Modifications. Create and/or oversee the creation of Syserco-specific marketing collateral (i.e.; brochures, case studies) and manage marketing brochure library.
III. SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Self-Motivated and Driven with Excellent time management and planning skills. Highly literate with excellent verbal/written communication skills, professional appearance and telephone etiquette Ability to set priorities while working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities Ability to independently initiate action under areas of responsibility Ensure quality, timeliness, and completeness of work performed Ability to provide outstanding service to internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner Must be willing to be Fremont Office Based Master Level Software proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint Familiar/Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Visio, SalesForce CRM Familiar with posting to Social Media (LinkedIn) Work effectively with all levels of employees and under general supervision
IV. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Operation of standard office equipment including utilizing pertinent software applications and working knowledge of mail and general office processes Moderate physical activity performing essential duties. Required to stand, sit and maneuver around office area. May be required to sit and use computer equipment for long periods of time and occasionally lift, push or carry items less than 25 lbs.
V. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
English / Graphics Design / Marketing / Communications Degree preferred 3+ years of Sales Support experience with progressive responsibilities
