About The Company:
Addison Group is partnering with a growing organization in the biotechnology and medical device industry to identify a highly organized Project Coordinator to support high performing Product Marketing team. This individual will play an important role in managing marketing content and ensuring materials move efficiently through established review, approval, translation, and publishing processes.
Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will support the operational side of Product Marketing by overseeing the lifecycle of a variety of marketing and product-related materials. This is a process-driven role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. You will help ensure marketing assets are properly organized, reviewed, approved, updated, translated, and distributed to the appropriate internal and global teams. The role involves coordinating workflows, maintaining documentation, tracking timelines, and ensuring that the most current and approved versions of materials are available for use.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the movement of product marketing materials through established review and approval workflows. Organize and maintain digital marketing assets, including version control and documentation. Track the status of materials from initial development through approval, publication, renewal, or retirement. Partner with teams such as Marketing, Product Management, Legal, Quality, Regulatory, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate timely approvals. Work with regional and international teams to support review and approval of translated materials. Maintain accurate records within digital asset and content management systems, including Vodori when applicable. Support vendor communication and administrative activities related to translation and content management. Maintain project timelines, status updates, and supporting documentation across multiple concurrent initiatives. Help ensure approved and current materials are accessible to the appropriate teams.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years project coordination experience, Product Marketing or Marketing team is strongly preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage numerous details and deadlines. Experience working with international teams or coordinating projects across multiple regions is a plus. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with international stakeholders across different time zones. Comfortable working with data, timelines, workflow processes, and multiple technology platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Vodori is a plus. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM, content management, or internal business systems is helpful. Bachelor's degree preferred.
