Job Description

The Senior Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing, communications, and community engagement initiatives across Deaconess Health System. This role serves as a key liaison between operational leaders, service lines, and the Marketing & Communications team, helping coordinate projects, develop content, manage campaigns, and ensure timely delivery of strategic communications and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute marketing, communications, public relations, social media, and promotional initiatives in support of organizational goals. Develop, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, marketing materials, digital content, and social media content across a variety of channels. Manage projects from intake through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met. Collaborate with operational leaders, physicians and service lines to identify communication and marketing needs. Assist with campaign planning, implementation, reporting, and performance tracking. Support media relations, community engagement activities, events and sponsorships efforts as assigned. Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all communications, marketing materials, and digital platforms. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, social media, or a related discipline. Strong writing, editing, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, build relationships with stakeholders, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
