Job Description

Office & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time) Budget Blinds of Batavia & Schaumburg We are a locally owned window treatment company looking for a reliable and organized Office & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing business. This role supports both our Batavia and Schaumburg territories and is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, organization, light marketing and bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
Answer and follow up to consultation requests via calls, texts, and emails Schedule appointments and installations Maintain and update CRM (Pipedrive) Assist with invoicing and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks) Request and manage customer reviews Post on social media (Facebook/Instagram) Assist with marketing campaigns and follow-ups Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented Strong desire to learn Savvy with computers and software (CRM, email, spreadsheets, Quickbooks, Canva) Experience with social media or marketing is a plus Experience with accounting or bookkeeping is a plus
Position Details:
Part-time:
20-30 hours per week Hourly pay: $22-$26/hour (based on experience) In-Office Position Flexible schedule
