Job Description
MED Alliance Group , a well-established medical device distributor based in Sycamore, Illinois, is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting marketing initiatives through content creation, project coordination, data management, and marketing analysis. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders are essential. Previous marketing experience is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Create and manage blog content, graphics, email campaigns, and social media posts while adhering to partner branding and messaging guidelines. Coordinate and execute marketing projects, campaigns, and events from planning through completion. Perform administrative and operational tasks that support the marketing department, including: data entry and exports, database maintenance, market research, direct mail and fulfillment activities Collect, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, including email marketing results, website analytics, and social media engagement. Assist with the development of sales support materials and marketing collateral. Communicate professionally and effectively with sales representatives, partners, vendors, and customers. Support ongoing efforts to improve marketing processes, reporting, and data quality. Maintain organized project documentation and ensure deadlines are met. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Basic graphic design skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency. Understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and project management practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent data management and analytical capabilities. Strong research, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other marketing software applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
