Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Marketing and Creative Content Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and creating engaging content to promote a locally owned consignment store. They will work closely with the store owner and manager to develop campaigns, social media content, and email marketing campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and the ability to communicate effectively through visual and written content.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the store's products and services Create engaging social media content (including posts, stories, and reels) to increase engagement and drive sales Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products and sales to the store's email list Write product descriptions and create engaging copy for the store's website and social media accounts Collaborate with the store owner to develop marketing strategies that align with the store's goals and values Work with local influencers and bloggers to promote the store's products and services Assist in the organization and execution of in-store events and promotions Analyze marketing data and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results. Administrative and managerial tasksRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field Experience in marketing, preferably in a retail setting preferred Strong writing and communication skills Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for fashion and the ability to stay up-to-date on current trends This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
