This role puts you front and center — out in the community, at live events, and face-to-face with real people. Here's what that looks like: Showing up and showing out for our charity partners at community events, pop-ups, and brand activations across Indianapolis Sparking genuine conversations with people, sharing causes worth caring about, and inspiring them to get involved Helping set up, run, and break down events like a pro — keeping everything looking sharp and running smooth Supporting social and email outreach before and after events to keep the momentum going Teaming up with our creative and digital crew to make sure our brand story hits every time Keeping track of what's working — attendance numbers, crowd energy, feedback — and helping us get better every event Growing into more responsibility as you find your stride with us You Might Be the Perfect Fit If You Are...
