Marketing Coordinator Overland Park, KS | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Contract (July-January) | $26-30ph. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a well-established financial institution who is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to provide critical support during a key transition period. This contract opportunity plays an essential role in ensuring the continued execution of marketing initiatives, digital content, creative production, internal communications, and brand management across multiple business lines. This is a fast-paced, high-output environment ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys balancing creative design, content development, digital marketing, and project coordination while working alongside cross-functional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design & Creative Production:
o Design and produce a variety of marketing materials including: § Flyers, brochures, advertisements, sell sheets, signage, and print collateral § Internal communications and employee engagement materials § Social media graphics and promotional content § Awareness and educational marketing campaigns o Maintain consistent brand standards across all communications and channels o Update and revise existing marketing materials to align with branding, compliance, and business needs
Campaign & Content Development:
o Create marketing assets supporting: § Email marketing campaigns § Social media initiatives § Internal communications and intranet content § Promotional and event-related campaigns o Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop creative concepts and campaign deliverables o Participate in content planning and execution across various communication channels
Digital & Multimedia Production:
o Create and edit video content for internal and external audiences o Design engaging PowerPoint presentations for executive, employee, and client-facing use o Source and management photography and visual assets o Ensure all multimedia content aligns with current branding and messaging standards
Website & Content Management:
o Maintain and update website content utilizing WordPress or similar CMS platforms o Support intranet and internal communication platforms o Create and manage digital forms using JotForm or similar tools o Ensure all published content remains accurate, current, and compliant
Marketing Operations & Asset Management:
o Maintain marketing material repositories and digital asset libraries o Support marketing requests from internal stakeholders and business development teams o Organize, update, and distribute approved marketing collateral o Prioritize projects to meet multiple deadlines effectively
QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced proficiency in: o Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) o Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) o Video editing software (Clipchamp or similar) Experience with: o WordPress or website content management systems o Social media design and content creation o Print production and layout design Strong understanding of branding, visual identity systems, and content consistency Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Experience within banking, financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries Knowledge of marketing compliance and regulatory review processes Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Planner Familiarity creating bilingual (English/Spanish) marketing materials Experience supporting sales and business development initiatives
Pay Details:
