Job Description

CALIBRE is an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company. We are looking to fill a Marketing Specialist/Strategic Planner position. The Marketing Specialist/Strategic Planner supports outreach, communications, and event planning activities that increase awareness of transition services and strengthen stakeholder engagement. This role helps coordinate public affairs and marketing efforts, develop promotional materials, and support installation-level events tied to Army TAP outcomes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate collaborative public affairs and marketing efforts with Army, VA, DOL, and other stakeholders for transition-related events. Assist with planning and promotion of job fairs, employment summits, virtual hiring events, and career days. Develop or support flyers, marketing materials, news articles, social media content, and briefing materials, subject to Government approval. Analyze event participation and outcome data and provide feedback on employers, participants, interviews, offers, and hires. Support exhibit and booth coordination, setup, and takedown at approved events. Help maintain stakeholder awareness of policies, procedures, trends, and issues affecting transition services. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, public affairs, HR, counseling, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Experience with outreach, communications, marketing support, event coordination, or stakeholder engagement. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to prepare polished materials for leadership and public-facing use. Ability to gather, analyze, and summarize event and program data. U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a National Agency Check/background investigation. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting military, workforce, education, or transition-related programs. Experience with Government-approved public affairs or outreach processes. required Experience
