Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support the growth and brand visibility of our industrial design-build construction company. This role will be responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives, managing proposals, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B marketing within the construction, engineering, architecture, or industrial sectors and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Essential Functions Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns that support company growth objectives and project pursuits. Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across proposals, presentations, digital platforms, and marketing collateral. Develop and update brochures, project sheets, case studies, resumes, and other promotional materials. Manage company website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns. Assist with photography, videography, and storytelling for completed projects and company events. Lead the coordination and production of RFQs, RFPs, presentations, and qualification packages. Collaborate with executives, estimators, project managers, and business development staff to gather technical content and project information. Maintain proposal templates, project databases, and marketing assets. Coordinate trade shows, conferences, networking events, and client appreciation activities. Draft press releases, award submissions, internal communications, and industry announcements. Support recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. Track and report marketing metrics, campaign performance, and lead generation efforts. Recommend improvements to marketing strategies based on analytics and industry insights. Skills Strong creative, technical, and proposal writing skills with the ability to develop compelling marketing content, project narratives, qualifications packages, and business development materials for industrial design-build construction projects. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality marketing collateral, presentations, proposals, and branded communications under tight deadlines. Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects, proposal schedules, event coordination, and competing priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Self-motivated and capable of working independently while proactively supporting marketing initiatives, proposal development, and business development efforts with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with executives, project managers, estimators, clients, and cross-functional teams. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Office 365 applications, with the ability to create professional presentations, reports, and proposal documents. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive, cooperative working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with experience creating and editing marketing materials, graphics, presentations, and branded content for print and digital platforms. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field preferred. 7-10 years of marketing experience, preferably within construction, engineering, architecture, manufacturing, or industrial services industries. Strong experience with proposal coordination and business development support. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, and CRM/email marketing platforms. Experience managing social media platforms and website content. Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with strong attention to detail.
