This position focuses on proposal development, marketing communications, and collaboration with technical teams to create compelling client-facing materials. Key Responsibilities Prepare high-quality, compliant responses to RFPs/RFQs and support interview/shortlist presentations Conduct research, gather insights from subject matter experts, and develop persuasive written content Update project profiles, staff resumes, and proposal materials within internal databases/CRM systems Assist in creating award submissions, newsletters, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing collateral Support conference coordination, website updates, and social media initiatives Monitor procurement opportunities and assist with lead generation efforts Provide additional marketing and communications support as needed Required Skills & Experience Strong proposal writing and technical writing background Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Experience with proposal/CRM databases is a plus Collaborative, creative, and detail-oriented mindset Prior experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industries is strongly preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred Equivalent extensive relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree Benefits Medical and dental coverage 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (negotiable, typically starting at three weeks) Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. Optimize proposal content for SEO, social media marketing, and digital channels to maximize reach and engagement. Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to refine future proposal strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing practices. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), WordPress, HTML basics, and Google AdWords. Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media marketing, print advertising, and E-commerce platforms. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics for performance tracking. Excellent research, copywriting, and communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while working collaboratively across teams. Knowledge of SEO best practices, Facebook Advertising, and product management principles is a plus.
