Blaze Pizza is looking for an enthusiastic Fundraising Coordinator to partner with schools, churches, youth sports organizations, nonprofits, and local businesses to organize successful fundraising events. In this role, you'll help community organizations raise money while introducing more guests to the Blaze Pizza experience. What You'll Do Develop relationships with schools, PTAs, booster clubs, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations. Schedule and coordinate Blaze Pizza fundraising nights. Visit local businesses and community groups to promote fundraising opportunities. Generate new fundraising leads through networking, cold calling, email, and in-person visits. Work closely with restaurant management teams to ensure successful events. Follow up with organizations to encourage repeat events. Represent Blaze Pizza at community events, festivals, and networking opportunities. Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and scheduled events. Help execute local marketing initiatives that increase community awareness and restaurant sales. What We're Looking For Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Comfortable making phone calls and conducting in-person visits. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple events. Positive attitude with a passion for serving the community. Sales, fundraising, marketing, hospitality, or community outreach experience is preferred but not required. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned market. What Success Looks Like New fundraising partnerships developed each month. High event participation and guest satisfaction. Strong repeat business from community organizations. Meaningful relationships with schools, businesses, and nonprofit leaders.
