Job Description:
This is graduate assistantship position focuses on assisting all aspects of game and event management for Bellarmine's 23 varsity athletic teams as well as miscellaneous special events. The position will also focus on facility management including upkeep and strategic upgrades.
Specific responsibilities include:
Assist the event management staff in game-day operations for various sports, including event setup/break down, safety/security, housekeeping, visiting team and officials' hospitality, and other duties. Aid in various special events as needed. Support ticketing operations for the department of athletics, including season tickets for women's and men's basketball and wrestling. Oversee game day workers including work study and hired third party staff. Ensure that all duties meet Bellarmine, NCAA, and conference standards and expectations. Serve as a representative at tabling events that support department and university initiatives. Execute in-game sponsorship activation at select sporting contests if needed. Manage special recognitions (Senior Day, Alumni Day, etc.) at select sporting contests. Assist in facility operations which may include oversight of special projects. Assist the Sr. Associate A.D. for Facilities & Event Management in the day-to-day administrative duties. Assist the athletics department with operational duties assigned by the Director of Athletics or their designee. Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.

Additional Information:
This graduate assistantship position includes tuition waiver towards any Bellarmine University graduate program plus a stipend.
