What You'll Do as an Entry Level Event Associate Assist with the planning and execution of community fundraising and outreach events. Engage with attendees to share information about charitable campaigns and their impact. Coordinate event setup, logistics, and on-site activities to ensure a positive experience. Build positive relationships with donors and supporters by providing exceptional customer service. Work alongside team members to achieve fundraising and event participation goals. Maintain accurate event records and assist with campaign reporting when needed. Represent nonprofit partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity. Qualifications We Value in an Entry Level Event Associate High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
