Job Description

Overview:
Turpin Orthodontics is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our established Ruston/West Monroe/Monroe team. Our perfect candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are a must. Dental and orthodontic knowledge is preferred but not required.
Schedule :
Full-time Monday
  • Thursday from 7:45 AM
  • 5:15 PM Fridays from 7:45 AM
  • 12:00 PM Some evenings or weekends may be required, depending on the event schedule

Competitive compensation package Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) options The role of marketing coordinator encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including: Monitoring metrics from digital and promotional content Management of social media page and posts to promote brand and special offers Monitor reputation management and patient engagement Manage internal promotions and events to improve patient experience Manage B2B partnerships and local events to drive brand awareness Support the office with customer service training to improve patient experience. Equally important is the ability and vision to strategically call upon and build relationships with schools, community members, and referring dentists. In so doing, candidates must develop approaches to creatively and professionally promote and represent our practice
Qualifications :
A marketing degree is not required, but preferred 6+ months of experience in a marketing role is ideal Must be willing to travel to our Monroe, West Monroe, and Ruston locations on a weekly basis INDHRCO01
