Job Description

Marketing Coordinator We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join a large, well-established local law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing creative, analytical, and administrative responsibilities.
Compensation:
$50,000-$57,000 starting salary, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Position Overview The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and flexible. This position requires the ability to travel as needed and occasionally work evenings and weekends to support firm events, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation:
Write and edit blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Campaign Coordination:
Coordinate marketing schedules, meetings, project timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and outside vendors.
Market Research & Reporting:
Conduct market and competitive research, track relevant sales and marketing data, and prepare performance reports.
Events & Promotions:
Assist with planning and coordinating firm events, sponsorships, community initiatives, and promotional activities.
Administrative Support:
Support the Marketing Manager with budgets, marketing materials, calendars, vendor coordination, and other departmental needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing materials and help ensure consistency across the firm's communications and branding. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred . Experience in marketing, communications, production, event coordination, or a related role preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office , including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Comfortable working with social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives. Must be willing and able to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends as business needs require.
