Marketing Coordinator

Our growing orthodontic practice is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator. If you're an analytical thinker who is strategy-focused and understands brand management, then this is the perfect place for you to grow! You will have the opportunity to redefine our methods of promoting existing services, develop new tactical marketing programs and literature that are effective in reaching our potential customers, and ensure the most appropriate sales channels are being used effectively. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to: Managing our social media outlets and website Implementing and overseeing marketing strategies throughout the practice with the goal of increasing patient referrals A strong focus on promoting community awareness Visiting referring doctors and maintaining relationships with the doctors and their team Experience in orthodontics is not required, as we are willing to train someone that has all of the above attributes. Sales experience is a definite plus! Must have excellent public relations and enjoy challenge and responsibility. The ability to work well with others and have strong organizational skills to handle various tasks Provide a strong day-to-day leadership presence for all staff members Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and ideas throughout the practice Strong understanding of social media and the role that it should play within the practice
