Join Sazerac Company as a Sazerac House Experience Ambassador, bringing our iconic spirits portfolio to life for visitors in a dynamic, guest-facing environment. You will lead engaging tours and tastings, share the history of our brands and the distilling process, and deliver exceptional hospitality that reflects our entrepreneurial, performance-driven culture. Ambassadors support retail and bar operations, assist with events, and ensure brand standards in every interaction. This role offers exposure to production, marketing, and operations, with opportunities to contribute ideas, improve guest experiences, and grow within a fast-paced, growth-oriented company. Responsibilities Lead engaging tours and guided tastings that showcase Sazerac brands, history, and production processes. Deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors, answering questions and tailoring experiences. Support bar and tasting operations, including drink preparation and responsible alcohol service. Assist with retail sales, product recommendations, POS transactions, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand presentation standards across all guest areas. Support on-site events, private groups, and VIP experiences as needed. Educate guests on responsible consumption and comply with all alcohol service regulations. Collect guest feedback and share ideas to improve experiences and operations. Collaborate with team members to meet visitor satisfaction and sales goals. Stay current on Sazerac products, promotions, and brand storytelling points.
