It is an environment that could not exist for anyone else. the Role The Marketing Coordinator supports Planeta's in-house marketing function across content creation, social media execution, CRM management, project informationanization, and brand storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who is highlyanized, detail-oriented, and familiar with architecture, interiors, and luxury residential andmercial design. The coordinator works in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment to deliver best-in-class marketing work that elevates Planeta's digital presence, strengthens project storytelling, improvesanization of project and photography assets, increases visibility through awards and PR, and contributes to a polished, guest-ready studio environment.
Key Responsibilities Content, Editorial & Storytelling Draft, edit, and manage content for the , social media, newsletters, and marketing outreach. Develop and refine project narratives, editorial descriptions, announcements, and thought leadership content. Copyedit all marketing materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment. Brand & Content Management Maintain and evolve Planeta's brand system, ensuring visual identity, tone, and messaging remain consistent across all digital and materials. Document and manage brand boilerplate content (firm overview, leadership bios, project descriptions) to ensure accuracy and consistency across proposals, , social, and PR. Social Media & Digital Presence Execute social media posting across and , including content development, scheduling, engagement efforts, and performance tracking. Design and produce digital assets (graphics, reels, stories, presentations) using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or other.
Maintain and update content (e.g. projects, photography, news, events, press) in WordPress or the future CMS. Photography & Project Information Management Coordinate project photography sessions, including scheduling, shot lists, and vendormunication, when 3rd party photography is appropriate, and support the PDG team with project photography capture when handled internally. Styling and borrowing loan coordination. Manage andanize the firm's photo library, ensuring images are properly tagged, sequenced, and stored.
• Maintain project sheets (one-page summaries of project essentials), team bios, headshots, and other collateral. Maintain a wellanized library of marketing materials, including references and brand templates. CRM, ing & Marketing Operations Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM, including contacts and deal pipeline. Review and escalate tasks and follow-ups as appropriate. Track marketing metrics andpile monthly reports on digital performance, social engagement, and newsletter analytics. Keep up to date with trade newsletters and monitor potential leads and connections. Awards, Press & External Visibility Support design award submissions, including narrative development, image coordination, and documentation. Assist with PR efforts, including press releases, media pitches, and partnermunications. Maintain basic media and industry contact lists (local, regional, and category-specific) to support PR coordination.
Monitor select editorial calendars for relevant design, architecture, and lifestyle publications; flag opportunities for submissions, pitches, events, and thought-leadership placement. Events & Thought Leadership Support planning and execution of small, curated events, client and partner gatherings, and studio showcases. Assist with logistics for larger events, thought-leadership programs, and industry conferences. Coordinate invitations, RSVPs, vendormunication, and on-site support. Studio Operations (Light Support) Prepare project proposals utilizing templates and leadership notes. Ensure the studio is guest-ready each morning (tidiness, materials, hospitality touches). Assist with maintaining the studio's resource library (books, samples, materials), ensuring items areanized, accessible, and updated for team use. Manage inbound studiomunications and support a polished guest experience. Assist with vendor coordination, supplies, and general studio upkeep as needed.
Qualifications:
Meaningful professional experience in marketing,munications, or a related field, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Professional, discreet, resourceful, and highly detail-oriented. Demonstrated familiarity with architecture, interiors, or luxury residential andmercial design. Able to understand project types, design terminology, and visual storytelling standards. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, orparable tools. Understanding of brand systems and visual identity, with the ability to help document, maintain, and expand brand guidelines in collaboration with leadership and external partners. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms. Experience with social media execution ( + , specifically). Basic CMS experience (WordPress or similar). Stronganizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
