At Keller Williams Showcase Properties, we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere. As our Director of First Impressions & Marketing Coordinator , you'll be the first person our agents, clients, vendors, and guests meet when they walk through the front door. You'll play an important role in shaping the experience people have in our office while helping showcase our culture through marketing, social media, and support for our leadership team. If you're organized, dependable, creative, and enjoy making a difference every day, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Front Desk & Office Experience Welcome agents, clients, vendors, and guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Serve as the primary point of contact for front desk inquiries. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area and throughout the office. Coordinate mail, deliveries, conference room scheduling, and office communications. Help prepare the office for meetings, classes, and events. Support leadership with administrative projects and day-to-day office operations. Marketing & Communications Manage and maintain our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages. Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content. Capture photos and videos during trainings, events, celebrations, and recruiting activities. Design graphics using Canva or similar software. Promote classes, events, and office initiatives. Assist with email marketing campaigns and other creative projects. Help maintain our marketing calendar and brand consistency. Agent & Leadership Support Assist with flyers, marketing pieces, and promotional materials. Support recruiting initiatives and special office projects. Help maintain marketing templates and office resources. Become a trusted resource for our agents and leadership team. We're Looking For Someone Who... Loves working with people and delivering exceptional customer service. Is organized, dependable, and highly detail-oriented. Communicates professionally, both in person and in writing. Can successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Is comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and learning new technology. Has experience with Canva and social media. Takes initiative, solves problems, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
Pay:
$44,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
